	&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s down to the wire, but as I&amp;#8217;m rushing out of here for the long weekend, I wanted to get my submission in for the event.  This list is skewed towards a community technology and philanthropy related bent, but they are all &amp;#8220;blogs&amp;#8221; that I enjoy and hope you do too.  &lt;/p&gt;
