2011 is barely one week old, and the New Year's Resolutions are already dropping like flies.  And I don't mean just mine.  Last week, the line for the elliptical machines at my gym was eclipsed only by the line of fellow flabbies waiting for the Zoomba (Zumba? Jumba?
