Laura Efurd is in Washington D.C. today to address the FCC Advisory Committee on Diversity for Communications in the Digital Age. Several people are scheduled to make recommendations to the FCC regarding policies and practices that will further enhance the ability of minorities and women to participate in telecommunications and related industries.

Knight Foundation announces News Challenge awardees

I've been following the challenge and was very curious to see who they would ultimately fund--the list of folks is downright impressive. What do I like about what the good folks at Knight did?
