We worked closely with the Levi Strauss Foundation to integrate new technology into civil rights activities by working with new leaders in established organizations.
BUILDING IT UP: Improved organizational infrastructure — database management, communications, technology architecture.
CO CREATION: Planned curriculum and experience driven by the Pioneers.
LEARNING: Intensive one-on-one coaching sessions, peer learning, and trainings for Pioneers’ personal brand and voice activation.
Increased network effect — Pioneers are able to influence national media and learning as an organization how to have national impact.
The Pioneers had a fundamental change in thinking about communication strategy as an integral way of programming versus as a marketing silo.
