Risa Brown has been working in Campaign Data Manager for over five years and an eAdvocacy practioner for over four years. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Ms. Brown believes that technology is a powerful tool that nonprofits can use to educate and mobilize communities.
Ms. Brown has helped manage voter engagement data for the Alliance of Local Leaders for Education, Registration and Turn-Out (ALLERT) and Los Angeles Metropolitan Churches. She has also done eAdvocacy and Online Communications work with such organizations as Strategic Concepts in Organizing & Education (SCOPE), Action for Grassroots Empowerment & Neighborhood Development Alternatives (AGENDA) as well as the Labor Community Strategy Center and the Bus Riders Union (BRU).
