Davis Park

WiFi in Little Tokyo

Davis Park is Director of Community Technology Programs at the Little Tokyo Service Center. A technology educator and activist, Davis has been involved in computer-based learning and access programs for residents of low-income housing communities, and has been working to help build the capacities among other Los Angeles community technology centers (CTCs). read more

Leonard McNeil

Empowering Youth In Richmond

Leonard McNeil is a Program Coordinator at Richmond High School spearheading the Mentoring Program initiated by the African-American Student Summit created by Principal Orlando Ramos. Leonard brings new ideas for participatory democracy that emanate from a lifetime of social change activism. He has been involved with the school district on several levels and has a long standing commitment to youth development. He was the first African-American to become a council member when he was elected to San Pablo City Council in November 2004. read more

Micheline Wilcoxen

Building Community Capacity for Civic Engagement

Micheline Wilcoxen is the Executive Director of Community Technology Organizing Consortium in Los Angeles, California. She is a founding member of the Community Technology Organizing Consortium (CTOC) and currently serves as the Director of CTOC. She is actively involved with State and Local policy issues surrounding community technology. read more
