To enhance advanced electronic media and digital technology components of Zeum's teen internship, family advocacy, and education programs toward improving the ability of low-income families and youth to self-advocate, build useful work/life skills, and develop creative, culturally appropriate, and relevant solutions to societal barriers, over two years.

To establish a technology center at the Westside Youth Center enhancing the current level of services provided to youth and children by providing technology literacy and English literacy skills instruction, over two years.

To create opportunities for at-risk Tenderloin youth to develop their strengths and talents, and tell the stories of their lives and cultures, using the new technologies of digital media and the Internet, over two years.

To launch an interactive website for employers, jobseekers, and alumni to facilitate mentor relationships, provide leads and contacts to new job opportunities for immigrant and refugee professionals, over one year.

To develop a web-based centralized database to manage the client information of 5 community based organizations serving the Pilipino Community in the South of Market area to extrapolate current, accurate reports about the changing needs and trends of the Filipino community that can be used by service providers, policy makers, advocates, and others, over two years.

To increase the capacity of organizations in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties to obtain and apply health and social data using computer and Internet-based tools through training and technical assistance, over one year.

To increase the availability, quality and access to disability and deaf-appropriate information and resources by parents with disabilities in California, over one year.

To bring together people representing the multiple cultures of Chapman Town, to assess the technological needs of the community and cultures, and to create a database to assist residents' to link to services outside of their community, over six months.

To use web-based technology to better serve SAN's communities by centralizing and disseminating housing and health information in a timely, relevant and accessible manner. This information will also be used for SAN's community organizing and advocacy work at the county and state level, to impact communities from a policy perspective, over one year.

To expand the Technology and Information & Empowerment Center to serve two additional counties: San Mateo and Santa Clara, over two years.
