To create the Benefits Planning Information Center (BPIC), a one-stop web-based resource center for benefits planners, consumers with disabilities, and their families, which serves as a key dissemination point for accurate, cross-referenced, and up-to-date information for people with disabilities in the areas of health, education, federal and state policies and procedures.
