New Media Helps us Support the Troops!

In recognition of Veteran's Day, the documentary "The Way We Get By" will be shown nationally tonight on PBS's Point of View (POV).  It tells the story of three seniors in Maine who greet troop daily who are departing for or returning from Iraq.  In addition to documenting the unique service these senior perform to support our troops it also tells a story of aging, loss, and loneliness.   In addition to watching this film you can  also show your support for the troops through their "returning home project" a social networking site that allows you to post photos, videos, stories etc... about your friends and loved ones who are serving or who have serving in the military.   The site was developed at the Producers Institute for New Technologies conducted by BAVC, a long-time ZeroDivide partner.
