Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager leads implementation of programmatic work with non?profits and foundations. These programs are designed to leverage the power of technology to improve the performance of these organizations and their work to positively impact the lives of people and their communities.

This position will be responsible for all aspects of execution including participation in program design, developing the implementation plan, measurement/evaluation and project reporting.

These programs are generally large?scale and involve partnering directly with multiple nonprofit and/or foundation organizations in a cohort group structure. In addition to technology integration and capacity building, program elements will often include leveraging organizational best practices, shared learnings and building collaboration. This position also works closely in a team environment with ZeroDivide staff to achieve program goals..
